Agreed, it's the florist. Interflora pass the order on to local florists who then deliver it.
I've used them several times and they have been bang-on. I saw the last ones I sent to Mrs stinkwheel, they were better than the ones in the picture and they'd even handwritten the card in fancy lettering.
If you bought them online, you should get a questionaire in your email about a week after they were delivered asking if you were happy with them.
As has been said, dob them in to interflora. Send them a picture of what was delivered. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. That's when you find out everything you want to know.”

Complain to IF, they will probably use their corporate Secateurs on Sarah's genitalia for you.
I have never had any bad results for IF.
There is another outfit who come up on a Google search but they are shite.
I would be boiling mad.
BTW there is a current thread on here to post little things that anoy you.
This is one for there.

Whereas a florist in Lewes charged my work colleague £5 for a HUGE bunch of flowers, she said she got 23 flowers (some lilies) with those extra leaves and sticks and things. ____________________ Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter won't mind - Dr. Seuss |

The flowers were from one of my sisters. The old dear rang the florists first, they talked balls, so she then rang Interflora and they've taken all the details and will get back to her. I listened to it all over Skype and we were dying (of laughter).
As I said during the conversation, flowers are plants and no different to sprouts or brocolli etc. If I ordered 65 fucking quids worth of brocolli I'd have sacks of the stuff, with or without a pony little box of chocs. The organic-veg deliverers seem to manage a bloody fat box of produce for £20. Thank god turnips don't come in nice colours and look pretty in a vase, we'd not be able to afford to eat the fuckers.
Flowers...a racket for spivs and mugs apparently. ____________________ "There's the horizon! Ride hard, ride fast and cut down all who stand in your way!" |

I remember watching "Come Dine With Me" and the obligatory gay man spent over a £1000 on flowers, there were not that many of them either ____________________ Bikers make great organ donors, get 115 on your licence today. |

Let's just say we supply Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Co-op, Lidl, Aldi.
Waitrose went with another supplier because they were cheaper. Yet we are market leaders with the highest welfare standards. ____________________ Be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who supply it.
