Just a quick reminder to all you people with watercooled bikes to check your bike has antifreeze in it instead of plain old water. It's no fun draining and flushing your oil, re-fitting core plugs and replacing thermostat housings and waterpumps.

All fluids present and correct sir.

Although it takes 3 screws to remove the clock surround. 4 bolts for the mirrors. 7 screws for the r/h lower fairing. 8 screws for the nosefairing which reveals the 3 screws for the r/h mid fairing so i can check the level of my coolant. (I think i may also need to remove 4 more screws for the nosefairing grill-plate-thing.)

FYI All Ducati Mechanics suffer from RSI.

The coolant in my old car froze while driving at 70! The temp dial slowly dropped, then shot up and overheated. Would only drive ~2miles before going from cold to extremely hot.
Now i keep an eyeon it Laughing
