Lags before reving

hello, its a kymco stryker having little problem with, when you start it the auto choke comes on it revs up to 3-4k ish then dies down to about 1.5k when warm about 4-5 mins if that and then when you try and rev it, it bogs abit then goes to about 4-5k and after that revs fine.

Could there be somthing i could alter on the carb ? it ticks over fine and carb has been cleaned and new plug fitted aswell, could the mixture be wrong ?

Once it's been ridden a bit will it pull away and rev without bogging? If so then i would leave it as it is.

If not then someone may have adjusted the pilot mixture screw but you'll have to check the manual to see what it should be set as.
