What are peoples opinions on these tyres??

Got a rear extremely cheap and wondering whether to get a matching front or sell the rear and get a matching pair of something else?

Currently running a bridgestone 014/021 setup though can't remember which way roun d they are

I used Metzlers on both of my BMW R1200GS.

Good tyres as fitted by BMW good mileage and grip.
I swapped to Continentals and regretted it. I got about 3000 miles but the Metz gave me over 7500 miles.
Conti grip was much better but no mileage.

If you can get a match for the front they are perfectly great tyres.

I think Metzler only make motorbike tyres so dedicated to bikes rather than a tyre manufacturer trying to diversify.

Very sticky tyre, especially when warmed up.

Personally I prefer a sticky tyre on the front and a bit less on the rear.
However, for the moment I'd just keep it as it is - on a reasonably powerful bike it won't last that long.
