Oh FFS will people realise that E petitions DO NOTHING.

They are another activism sponge. And are designed to prevent REAL change

OK, I read it.

It looks like the original was written in crayon which the author ate before finishing the proposal.

I half read it coz it started with shit.

'Will soon become law.'

My Bawsack it will be soon.

The bill/s/proposals have been jammed up in their own yooroh Kuffuflinage.

There are many more effective people attacking the proposals so this e-pishion is a waste of my e-ink.

I think they're in Cloud Cookooland so Ah'm out.

Every single one of the epetitions I have seen pertaining to motorcycling is so full of elementary errors it makes me cringe. They make motorcyclists a laughing stock and I wouldn't be surprised if they do more harm than good.

Don't these e-petitions need something like 100,000 signatures to even get a mention in the house of commons?

Signed anyway.

EDIT - Just re-read this bit... "They also propose to ban filtering through traffic, which would be dangerous for air-cooled machines that could blow up in traffic" Laughing Am I sitting on a potential bomb? better start wearing ass-armour.

With respect, piss off.

There are already several of these kicking around, one of them sponsored by an MEP. They are largely pointless to begin with - write to your MEP or the DfT if you care - and creating a new one every time some nobody suddenly discovers and conflates these issues - OH NOES!!!!eleven!!! - just dilutes them further.

Incidentally, choosing "READ THIS PLEASE" a the subject line and not providing a shred of context for what the content is adds to the impression that this one is a particularly childish attention getting device for its creator.
