I use alot of the usual protein and supplements, along with working out each and everyday (I own and run my own gym), but looking into improving my physique.

one dose before and after climbing sessions, i usually end my sessions with some conditioning of hanging planches, pull ups, and bar pushups

Been on Dexamethasone since the early part of last year. 26.6 x more powerful than cortisone, and I have been on a daily dose as high as 12mg.

Dunno know how effective it is, but I know the side effects are a real bitch.
