Here's the other woman in my life back on the road again after being stood in the front garden for 20 months. She needs a bit of of cosmetic work doing to her.

A clutch lever to match the brake lever, new mirrors as there is a bit of rust on the stems and the off side one has been bent at some point in the past and can't be adjusted, new indicators as I don't like the stock ones as think they are a little big, some rust around the rear pegs and a scuff on the exhaust heat shield.

But having said that she is in pretty good shape considering I only paid a grand for her which is pretty good for an 03 with 11k on the clock and a full service history Very Happy

Nice. Love Hornets in white. Thumbs Up

Looks in great condition to say it has been stood outside for so long. Sounds like you got a bargain when you bought it too!

Been offered £3.2k for it by a guy who wanted a white hornet for his wife and hadn't been able to find one for her but I told him its not for sale Laughing

I brought off a friend of mine who need the cash in a hurry about 20 months ago when I first did my CBT as I thought I would do my MOD1 and 2 in a couple of weeks. It ended up sitting under covers in front garden until just before Christmas Laughing

Why not sell it to him and buy another and pocket £1k?

A grand is a brilliant price for that Hornet,

I paid 1200 for mine which was crash repaired and in nowhere near as good condition...

Christ alive, that is a helluva bargain! Bought my 99 ZZR6 with a lot more damage than that and double the mileage for £900!

Sell the bike and pocket the change good man!
