tl;dr - people are overshooting the T-junction at the end.

Now is it just me or is this sliproads' signage perfectly fine?

I cant tell but is the road surface shell grip? they could probably use the rumble strip on the road to make the drivers more alert.

Tards, seems clearly signed, and even at night those signs heavily reflect, Plus there would be a lack of road in the distance because it'd be a small woods, this might give it away.

The kittens poster above isn't a bad idea either, nor is shellgrip or the rumblestrips.

Thats the slip road just coming out of canterbury i hate that road especialy during rush hour as theres 2 lanes off the slip road going onto a dual carrigeway so you get cars coming from the left trying to get onto the sliproad your trying to come off but ye ive seen many people do this theres always a car in there at some point.

I put this down to the driver being a complete tard, used that t junction more times than i can remember and ive never crashed on it, you can clearly see the fact its a t junction and theres massive trees right infront of you, something needs to be done about that though, also maybe add some trees along the side so you can't see the bridge on the right as ive seen so many people look at the bridge on the way up the sliproad see its clear and just keep going turning left without looking when they get there.

Tl;dr dangerous always has been drivers a tard the visible bridge allows for no stopping before corner.

Im going that way later i may go take a couple of pics showing how it looks now im pretty sure that google map pic is atleast a year old.

They're just morons. Most have been tanking it for a Ford Galaxy to overshoot, they're not exactly fast.

Signage seems adequate, but I suspect a lot of people have probably never seen that sign before and would expect a T junction style one for that kind of road lay out (even though in that instance it's technically incorrect).
