Local(ish) rag posted this story about a sliproad and recent crashes.

Another crash on dangerous slip road
https://www.kentonline.co.uk/kentish_gazette/news/2012/january/4/another_crash.aspx
https://www.kentonline.co.uk/images/PD1972979_m.jpg

tl;dr - people are overshooting the T-junction at the end.

Now is it just me or is this sliproads' signage perfectly fine?

I cant tell but is the road surface shell grip? they could probably use the rumble strip on the road to make the drivers more alert.

Tards, seems clearly signed, and even at night those signs heavily reflect, Plus there would be a lack of road in the distance because it'd be a small woods, this might give it away.

The kittens poster above isn't a bad idea either, nor is shellgrip or the rumblestrips.

They're just morons. Most have been tanking it for a Ford Galaxy to overshoot, they're not exactly fast.

Signage seems adequate, but I suspect a lot of people have probably never seen that sign before and would expect a T junction style one for that kind of road lay out (even though in that instance it's technically incorrect).

There is a similar road here in Herts. (uphill slip road)
Never heard of a crash there. It says "give way". So we give way Laughing

Every couple of months here a car coming onto this roundabout from the dual carriageway, goes straight through the roundabout and into the golf course wall. Muppets.
