so looks like im looking harder for a new job now doh doh Crying or Very sad

and im supost to be going on holiday saturday Mad

part time emploment(as long as you didnt sign anything otherwise and you turned up for your shifts) is mostly non contracted hours providing you did turn up theres no such thing as bad attendance

It's definatley worth a try...

*AFAIK* they have to provide a rota one week in advance and can't change the times without notifying you (and getting your consent if it's less than one week). If they don't then they can't make a fuss of it.

I'm pretty sure it's something like ^that^, but most of my experience's of such things were with Starfucks... who are terrible at such things Evil or Very Mad

I had an interview for security work just waiting for all the refrence's to come back, she said there keen to employ me so fingers crossed ill have a new job soon Smile

arnt there laws about being fired without a good reason and you can get money off them for the time that your unemployed - i was told all this in business studies but i may be wrong it worth looking up tho i suppose.

If you've been employed for longer than a year, then it is difficult for the company to sack you without grounds for unfair dismissal. However, in a period less then this - they can basically do wha the hell they like - bad eh!
