Today I was riding at 22:00 (started raining) and came to T road, and a K car on the other side was waiting for right turn, I sensed the driver is trying to make a turn, little by little moving, so I gradually braked. I was right! It was young girl looks foolish with no driving sense, made a right turn in front of me.
I wasn't surprised but a little bit annoyed so made a left turn and followed the car for about 30 seconds. I felt like asking her "why did you make right turn?" in a calm way, but she looked as if she has a scary boy friend so I made a U turn and came home.

I also wonder if she thought as if I slowed down to give way for her???
It looks really stupid. But even if I didn't slow down, I'm sure she made the right turn.
There ARE bunch of drivers with no sense, it can not be solved forever, arguing with them won't make sense, I will just avoid them from now on too. (And black bike on rainy night won't be seen well)

Perhaps she was being carjacked at gunpoint by aforementioned "scary" fella and was trying to get your attention by swerving into your path - a desperate last-ditch plea for help. Now she's in several pieces at the bottom of a well and it's all your fault.

Basically I am chicken. I sometimes read "knocking on the window" on BCF, I want to but can not.
She was coloring her hair blond, wearing hoodie. Typical DQN.
(DQN means bad people here)
They will phone and call their bad friends, surround me with black sedans and start punching me.

While driving? I've heard that Japanese folks live in their cars but this is taking it a bit far. Hardly surprising that her attention wasn't on the road though.

Ah right. Is peroxide hair a social no-no in Japan then? People are a bit funny about tattoos too, right?

Anyway (puns on semantics aside) it sounds like you did the right thing by leaving it. In my experience most folk realise *after* the fact that they've just tried to kill a biker and, if called on it will either (1) continue to pretend that nothing is amiss and ignore you, or (2) get all belligerent and shouty and potentially try to kill you again.

You anticipated her stupidity, you get to ride another day as a result.

Nuhuh. Guaranty is a perfectly plausible noun, but you used it as a verb. Which you cannot do Mr. Green

Actually what is the point of that, two words that mean basically the same thing with slightly different spellings. This is why I hated English. Utterly pointless.
