Aprilla RS 125 wont start help please

Hi i know that there has been millions of topics about this but no of them have really the same problem as me and i thought id post to see if someone can help me its driving me round there bed

heres my problem
my top end went in my bike and i got a top end rebuild done it several times before and it was running sweet never known it to run as nice it did then i went home and thought id nip to my mates on it and then it started doing it it starts like dudududududud thats not the sound of it on electric start cuz i evan tryed bumping it does the same thing sounds like it going to start then just dont get goin it will stop and do the same thong over and over again ill tell you what iv tryed to do

* new coil
* new spark plug
* new cdi
* new regulator
* battery is fine pretty much new
* replaced all the fuses
* checked all the wiring in case i hit something puttin new top end on
* cleaned the carb out
* checked the reeds
* there is a strong spark
* and there fuel goin through to the cylinder + compression is 130psi

iv ran out of ideas i really have if any1 has any ideas at all please post i really miss my bike and i cant get my head round it

Have you checked the Ignition Timing?

Sounds like something could have slipped and it's firing in the wrong place.

Is the exhaust "popping" after you've tried starting it for a while ?

can you smell petrol when your turning it over ?
