The eBay fees page explains all.
£6 to list any vehicle with any start price. Then the final value fee depends on how much it sells for, if it's under £3k then it's £15, £3k to £6k it's 0.5% of the final value, and for £6k upwards it is a flat fee of £30. |

So its not as cheap as I thought it might be
I assume the "extras" (pics etc) are added onto this aswell. |

Bike Trader charge you £15 for two weeks and you pay that all up front, as opposed to eBay you only pay if you sell the bike on eBay (which doesn't happen most of the time as they mostly get bought off eBay).
The eBay fees are all explained on their website, click this link to get taken direct to the right bit on the page. |

A tip for you: Save 3 pounds by not using the "set reserve bid" option, but quote the reserve in the product description or set the reserve as your starting price. I had my NRG reserved for 250, i wanted a quick sale so i got 400 for it in the end . It only set me back 6 quid to list + 15 quid.
Beware of the traditional "ebay bullshitters". If a customer/bidder insists to view and actually does turn up, it's a good indication that they are committed. If you sell/termintate the bid, you will not be liable for the transaction fee. I was basically using E-bay as an advertising medium as i thought it would receive the most views.
Good luck with your sale!
