As per title really, looking for some opinions. Can anyone tell me what the differences are (if any)?

I can see there are less manufacturers. Does that mean typically it is a smaller show?

What about kit offers? Looking to pick up some cheap MX gear - is this the right place to have a browse?

I have been to the NEC show, but never the Excel show and wondering whether its worth the travel next weekend.

Cheers

i went last yeah and am going again this year (from portsmouth). there were lots of bargains around but normally only in strange sizes or colours. You can normally get the same deal online when you take the cost of getting in and petrol into account. Saying that is it a good day out and you get to look at the promo girls Smile

It depends where you live in the country.

Birmingham is 2 hours south for me, London is 4. Hence i've never been to Excel.

Just to add, and its not very useful... but i went upto the NEC trade expo the other day, and the quality of the totty on display far outweighed the 'public' show.

More than likely yes. Can't see people walking around with £300+ cash in their pockets for helmets, leathers, etc Laughing
