Any ideas on what this bike is worth paying for, dont have a idea about theses types?

You are joking aren't you have you seen the price of the early Bonnies? Shocked You "might" get a 70's T140 but forget the T120.
As you say the one on fleabay would be OK at £3,500 if it's as nice as it looks. I'd always visit and look at it at that kind of money though
