She isn't saying them in reverse, she is saying them as if they are written down backwards.

Not talking backwards, but pronouncing the words as if they were spelled backwards. There was an Indian woman on Blue Peter once that could actually talk backwards - when recorded and reversed it was normal.

Regardless of whether its phonetic backwards speaking, ie: saying the words as they would sound played backwards or just saying the words backwards its bloody clever and she should be burned as a witch.
