Have you set a date in mind? How long for? It's all in the details Smile

Yes, June or thereabouts sounds good for me.

I don't fancy riding to Dover though, so would probably take ferry from Newcastle to continent, which way are you going?

I can highly recommend the route I've posted below.

Did this a few years back. Croatian coast road is awesome, and if you strike it lucky, you'll find a biker party on the beach like we did.

You could also get the ferry from Split, over to Italy, and head back up through Italy?

Spain beginning of April. Not too hot, not too cold. Only a quick one - not more than a week.

I've done similar, Germany, Czech, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, through Italy to France.

I was 2-up about 50% of the time, on a GPZ500.

Was great fun, but really unless you want to be riding all day every, without spending a few days in some key towns to sight see, get drunk and chillout, then you'll want 4 weeks or more.

Well the OP has been in contact with me but has been away in Afaganistan so cannot get to a PC very often. He is back in April for a few weeks and will sort all the details then.

He is thinking August for the tour.
