I think i actually may have a problem,

Ever since i got my goose which is 4T , i've been missing my old ts125x so much, purely because i miss the whole 2stroke thing Sad its hard to explain, its not anything in particular, its just its a 2 stroke, the sound, the smell, i miss it all.

When i see bikes when i'm cruising along the roads, when i see like an r1 or something, a real sexy one, its like pfft whatever, but if i se a sports 250 stroke like an rs or nsr i die Sad or any 2 stroke scramblers Sad

i'm so buying a stroke after i sell my goose. 2 stroke noise has even entered my dreams Sad

someone help me.

The first step is admitting that you have a problem...

Get one of those incence burner thingys that you put a candle in and stick some two stroke oil in it and burn that when your at home, then when your out and about you'll already be too high on 2 stroke to worry about what your riding! Problem Solved!

I prescribe a 2004 GSXR thou, taken 3 times a day, after meals. Come back in a weeks time if you're not cured (but you will be). Very Happy

It doesn't matter what your friends think. If they don't understand that it's what makes you happy then they aren't worth having as friends. It's not like you're admitting to shagging sheep...

Its not just the smell tho, its the sound and they way they ride, especially the 2stroke powerband Sad

I was so sure on getting an xr250 jap import with elec start, but i read a lot of reviews, and they say the power is really good but just so smooth, ill get bored within a week. 2stroke is a bit more aggressive.

i'm gonna have to get a 250 2 stroke, i wont be cured until i do !

Hi

Being addicted to 2 strokes is not like being an alcoholic, just that you haven't yet reached the pipe and slippers age where you can put up with a 4 stroke.

All the best

Keith

How about a TDR250, it uses the TZR250 engine, which though it isn't the most powerful 250 lump on the market in comparison to the RGV/Rs's and NSR's it still has plenty of poke and in an Oldskool Supermotard style chassis should make for good wheelies and big smiles - and a great 2T oduor which chases you everywhere! Doesn't it make it worthwhile stopping at traffic lights when the whiff of 2T catches up to you? Aaaaah Bliss..... Thumbs Up

I love the idea of a 2T incense candle burner by Yams - I may try that Laughing

I too am addicted to 2T's, after riding a few 4of varied sizes and configurations the overall fun factor of owning and riding a 2T like my Rs250 is great - I plan to always have a 2T, even if it's just for weekends or trackdays!!

2 strokes are very addictive! Yes they have their down sides, but you learn to put up with them for the thrill of the power band Very Happy

I rode 2 strokes many years ago, on my return to biking i got a 4 stroke, and was used to cars by then anyway. Untill recently going on a few friends 2 strokes, i had forgotten how much i loved the breif sensation of "I'm the fastest thing in the world!" when you hit the power band Razz
