Excuse my ignorance, What's the 'usual stuff' ?

There is one not far from me but I never knew they had bike related stuff.

Usual stuff is:

Helmets (selected stores IIRC)
Base Layers
Boots
Tank Bags
Gloves
Rucksacks
Waterproofs
Textiles
Socks

That kind of thing. I'll go down there for another Rucksack and tank bag. For the price I got the last one it done great. Until I ripped it!

They have magazines...aka marketing merchandise that shoppers can pick up when in store...I saw one myself today.

Generic helmets from £59.99
Gloves from £13.99
Base layer clothing
All in one waterproof suits
Rucksacks
Magnetic tank bags

etc. etc.
Would have posted this myself...had I logged on earlier. Thumbs Up

It's all good stuff if needed and for what it cost.

Other than that it's shit, bar the base layers.

If anyone picks up a magazine with all the kit in, do they fancy either scanning it in or just listing what they have with prices. I'm sure we'd all appreciate it. Very Happy

The tankbag has served me for about 4 years now. Used it on every bike in my sig apart from the FZRs and the SMs due to a plastic tank but can just as easily mount it on rear seat by putting the side mounting flaps (official term) under the seat and wedging it back on over the top. I can fit a full size shoei and a set of padded overtrousers in it, with first aid kit, spanner set and allen key set in the side bits and a full UK map in the top. Very good for the money and if you lose/break it, it's 20 quid to replace. It doesn't say on the website but if its the same, the waterproof cover does a very good job but removes the ability to use the transparent top for maps.

The thermals are good enough IMO for a 20 minute commute or so depending on the warmth of your other gear.

Cover I wouldn't say it's amazing, but would rate it comparatively to oxfords at 2/3 the effectiveness but 1/4 of the price.

Kidney belt I bought one 2 years ago, only really use it if I'm on a summer rideout with a poncho style thin mac over leathers to hold it down, but I guess for the price you can't complain.

Looking at swampy's link I personally would buy if I didn't have already
Tankbag
Thermal socks X2
Thermal trousers + jacket
Waterproof motorcycle suit

Yup, 3 years daily use and abuse out of their B-Square tank bag, no complaints.

The last time they had a flip-front helmet up for sale, some smart cookie identified it as a V-CAN with a decent SHARP rating, but it's a different one this time around. Any guesses?

I found the liner got a bit screwed in my gloves after a few wet rides (with wet hands). I'm looking at the trousers as well.

Tank bag isn't big enough for a helmet as has pyroforlife said. He must have a different one. But is a pretty decent size. The rain cover also has a window for maps etc. Recommended Thumbs Up

Rain cover does the job alright but isn't really big enough for a big bike. Fits my Bros/RXS ok though.

I bought the tank bag nearly three years bag! It's still going strong and I'd definitely buy another. I also have a pair of their textile trousers, they're warm and waterproof. To be fair you can't fault the gear for the price you pay (in my opinion).

I picked up a pair of the gloves and the base layer leggings and top last year. The gloves are something and nothing - quite thin, so not that warm and, as said, the lining tends to follow your hand out of the glove - good back up gloves for will-it-won't-it-rain days. The base layers I wear almost all the time; I supplement with other layers for proper cold rides. They have stood up to multiple uses and washings so far.
