As per title really. Will this smaller tube be ok in the wider/taller tyre?

Thanks

Quite often there is some printing on the side of the inner tube suggesting which other size of tyre the tube will also fit.

Does it say 140/80x18 and 130/90x18?

It does on my Michelin and Pirelli heavy duty inner tubes that I have/keep as spares.

Sometimes it depends on the make of the tube.

Yeh it's 130/80 or 100/100 (Michelin)

I was planning to put it in a 100/100 tyre but have since purchased a 140/80 tyre.. I'll probably end up just getting a 140/80 tube just in case.
