I mean i know ads bring in money but jesus, dont you vet some of the ads that are put on the site?

I may just have to re-install the ad blocking plugin on my browser if this continues.

Korn doesn't control what ads you see, Google does.

They choose ads they think that you will interact with based on your browsing history/interests.

If you're not happy with the ads your seeing then go in to your ads manager and block the websites you're not happy with, or change your interests etc.

Also, FYI, blocking ads will hurt your karma.

I have to go into Google Ads and manually ban those when I see them. Most of the time the ads Google picks are fairly decent though.

It picks what you see based on what you thinks you'll be interested in, and it tries to guess this based on the sites with Google ads enabled that you visit. You can see what it thinks you're interested in and block/add categories of ads here:

https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/?

(this will take effect on any Google ads you see all over the web, not just on BCF)

With the amount of noise that exists on most web pages it was natural for me to just ignore them. I'd never noticed until I saw this thread now It's all I can focus on Laughing .
