More than 50cc is illegal, as is a new pipe on your CBT at 16.

BUT to answer your question a Mitaka 50 kit will be the same as a normal 50cc kit.

If its a Mitaka 70 kit, it will be a little faster, but you'll need to rejet your carb, possibly run a larger one, new exhaust and rollers.

Might as well buy a 125.

Hi, I don't know the answer to your question, however I would like to point out the mistakes in your message.
Are is probably a better word than is, only because you're using perhaps a broad range of products for the Aerox, if you were saying, but that is my opinion on that, because is can also be used if you were referring to the company as a single organisation, but your sentence structure is poor, with little to go by.

Captial letters for names, or i when referring to oneself, I am going over there, or look at that Aerox over there Lee (see what I did there Wink )

A and An, well this should have been taught to you in Primary school really, but if you're referring to something as A *something* but that something starts with a vowel, vowels being A,E,I,O,U then you should put AN instead, for example
A Aerox An Aerox
A Apple An Apple
See Wink

A egg An egg

A ichthyopolist or An ichthyopolist

A Orange An Orange

A Umbrella An Umbrella

But that said, sometimes they dont strictly follow this rule, A university or An university, see it is the other way around

This maybe of some help to you, it even has a little test at the end for you https://www.ecenglish.com/learnenglish/when-use-a (I scored 100% btw)

HTH Thumbs Up

New exhaust isnt illegal at 16, as long the the scooter still only does 30mph. Personally I wouldnt bother with any mods to make it 'faster'. Its not worth the hassle of squeezing an extra 5-10 mph out of that little 50, more than likely it will just go bang if it isnt set up properly, even if it is it will have a much shorter engine life. If your set on going 70cc route then you cant just buy the 'kit', you will more than likely need a new crank, preferably a bigger carb or you wont benefit from the 70cc and like paddy said clutch springs different rollers, jetted correctly & whatnot. Just leave it well alone, i wish i did when i was 16. Wait until your 17 and hop on a 125, just make sure you dont get a 100cc aerox as there no quicker than the 50's Laughing
