Common?

Recently have been getting severe ball ache after my 20ish min commute... Get that deep stomach pain like after a hit to the balls.

Maybe because I wear trousers under my bike jeans. If it carries on might have to get a pillow on my seat.

Don't want to sound like a fag or anything, but if it's only come on recently I'd suggest doing a knacker check. Something similar happened to me, found a lump but, thankfully, it turned out to be a cyst which I was told can be quite common.

I can get this from time to time depending on the trousers I'm wearing. Suit trousers can sometimes tighten up like a vice.

I had another problem today though. My sac was stuck to my legs and no amount of stretching my legs out would free it. I ended up just not so subtly grabbing and pulling it free at some traffic lights.

Only time it happened to me was when I had to do a front brake effectiveness test (seem to think it was because someone stepped out in front of me). Slid my clackers straight into the tank. That was sore for a day or two.

Never had that sort of ache from normal riding though and my commute is 20minutes minimum each way 5 days a week. I wear boxers if that helps.

Pervert!

Seriously though, I think it might be the fact I'm wearing two pairs of trousers and these fashionable tight boxers so my man business is getting crushed, might have to lose a pair of trousers and as someone mentioned earlier get off of my tank.

Keep your willy and bollox in you pocket and then they will get less squashed Thumbs Up

On a serious note can you adjust your riding position a little to alleviate the problem a bit?

You need to wear a more supportive undergarment.not boxers they allow your nads to dangle to free so to speak.a pair of kecks which support your nads better. Will give you no more ball ache.I had the same problem and this sorted it out....... Very Happy

Do you honestly expect BCF to not offer it?

How about carefully removing the seat cover, and re-shaping the foam underneath?

I'm thinking of doing this on mine (when I get time) as there is a step-up in the seat for the pillion that tends to make me slide too far forward.

As funny as the banter has been about this, I'd definitely go and get checked out with your doc or your GP's practice nurse. It might be nothing, but it's better to be safe than sorry when it comes to your 'nads.

Listen to the nice nurse, he knows what he's talking about.

Went over a huge pothole today on the ped at work, bounced out of it and it threw me up enough that I left the seat, some point between bum leaving the seat and landing on it again my left bollock slipped slightly under my thigh and got quite a squishing... certainly made my eyes water a lot and was struggling to walk for a few minutes after

Also check your nads over regularly, whether they hurt or not. My ex-missus found a lump in one of mine so went to get it checked. Was nothing, a cyst. Doc said they're pretty common, but that if it had been something worse the fact I went to see him so soon would have meant every chance of quick and full recovery.

Never too young to get ball cancer, mate of mine had it when he was 16. Full recovery fortunately, but only cos he got it checked out as soon as he noticed it.

Sometimes my nob goes numb from the vibrations if I'm sat too close to the tank. Oof it's like that feeling you get once your pins and needles start to fade.
