The bike should have had a service at about 800 miles, then the next service should be at 2500 (mines missed it, im at 4000 miles now :o ...oops) I noticed my brakes squeeking so I bought new pads for it and fitted them yesterday (sintered...thanks guys). Just use the guide on the site and you should be ok as long as you know how to use a spanner Rolling Eyes . took me 25minutes max and was a piece of piss.

alright kris mate, have you noticed an improvment in breaking since fitting the sintered pads?? remember though you might get a layer of rust appearing on your disks dont worry just make sure you take it out once in a while so the pads can clear it off.

If you are only on 2600km from new then you won't have worn your brake pads out already.

Jesus Fent, any other 5 year old threads you've got something to add to, or will that be all?
