1198 please, as much as I love Dukes the Panigalle is dreadful to look at, especially that rear hugger, to be fair I don't think I like anything about it aesthetically, sure it is going to be an epic bike, but it looks crap. Sick Sick Sick

I might be being picky, but does it strike anyone else that the finish on that particular bike is more than a little shoddy?

Nope thought the same myself, I know it is going to be stickred up, but it just doesn't look like it has been screwed together with any care, and stuff like the rear hugger looks cheap

Whilst I resent breaking my fuck you facebook rule for a tart's handbag of a bike, that is pretty nice.

EDIT: see what you all mean on the finish, looks quite rough in places.

I'm looking forward to getting the chance at hearing it at Oulton or Cadwell. I expect it will look awesome when it's fully race trimmed up and will sound like Satan himself is approaching...

I saw them prepping this last week at Ducati Coventry when I had my bike serviced, I had a good nose around and offered to test ride it for them but they declined!

Dont judge the bike by the finish, the bike came from factory as standard in red and looked mint, the original panels have been binned and replaced with carbon.

And it'd be flat, low alcohol, leaving you wondering why you bothered.

What is that clear tube that comes out of the tank? All the race bikes have it but road bikes don't

I agree with you totally on this, the 1098/1198 is a much nicer looking bike. The pointy nose, the exhaust that partially sticks out the right side and some other things just make this bike look horrible.

And the 1098/1198 were harking back to the glory days of the 916-998 shaped bikes. 998R, or 2005 onwards 999R for me please.

That one does look a little rough around the edges... There's some nice pictures in this month Bike magazine, and I think it looks good!

To me, it's not really a ducati. And the tank is too low, it looks like someone has hit the top of the bike from the sea forward as it is all hunched and low.

BUT, I think I like it Razz
