hi ime hoping someone out there can help .about a year ago I sold my farther in law my old bike recently he took it for an m.o.t and the guy there told him that his chassis number doesn't match the log book .these are the numbers frame number :ma 01-2100325 and log book says jhmma 012100325 can any body make sense ?

My log and number are similar - more letters on the log book - never had a problem with MOT's, the guy you went to must be an arse, go elsewhere.

Hi thanks every one .I sold the bike to my farther inlaw who is nearly 70 but still young inside when he took it to mot it left him worried he said it took the shine off it .he feels a lot better now with your responses so many thanks agen
