Yes, the driver is a cock, but:

1. Scootay does move slightly to the right.
2. Scootay moves slightly to the right AFTER he had just done a lifesaver.

Another case of the bike being in the right, but also one where that the rider could have avoided the problem entirely.

Lifesavers don't see behind you, and at the speed he was coming up at, he wouldn't have been at the side of him when he looked. It's not like he would've purposefully seen the car then pulled in front of it.

The Biker should have stayed there until the police turned up.

The Car driver was clearly driving dangerously, you can't just mow people down who "get in your way"

I'd bet the jerkoff was on the phone and the police could have checked that.
