Recommend me a can for an ER5?

My can is a bit battered and bruised and was toying with the idea of having it stubbied but I think it's beyond stubbyable due to various dints and bad plating efforts, etc.

I'm after cutting the can off and putting a slip-on type can on it.

Something E Marked with a removable baffle preferably, and something that sounds good.

Never done this before so a Scorpion to me looks like a Hawk, BlueFlame, Viper, etc... I don't know the difference, really.

Can anyone recommend me a universal slip on can? Preferably with links to an ebay page or something?

Aye, that sounds nice.

If I lop the can off with cutting gear - I need something of the same diameter to fit... I can't find anything on the internet as to what the diameter is?

Anybody got any ideas?

Used to have a Remus revolution on mine, loved it. Can be had for about £100-£150 for a second hand full system. Not sure if you can buy them new anymore.

Measure the pipe with vernier calipers is the best way.

Assuming the bit of pipe you measure is round and not dented/flattened then if you accurately measure the circumference of the pipe and divide the number you get by 3.142, you'll get the diameter (c = pi x d).

To measure the pipe circumference I'd use a bit wire, wrap it around the pipe, mark it with a marker then measure the length of wire required to go around the pipe once. Don't tug on it etc to make it stretch and bare in mind this is basically the bodge version of buying and using vernier calipers. Vernier calipers are very useful, worth investing in tbh.
