So as he is a 'buisness' and seems to be handing out vat invoices/ receipts looking @ his feedback . does that mean 3 months warrenty ? And the bikes are inshured so test riders can use them of their own inshurance 3rd party? Or is he letting people ride them illegally and not trading as a buisness just pretending to be,


And a very bad liar bike owes him 3500 yet you can see on his website £2100 paid..... so he has spent £1400 and not fixed the fairing? Lol.

so every dealer in the land test rides every bike they buy or take in part ex before putting up for sale, and tells the person walking in off the street the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth about their bikes when their looking at them.

also a far as i am aware it is not a legal requirement to have a full licence inorder to buy or sell a vehicle in which case he isnt doing anything wrong.

so unless you have evidence that the bikes are knacked/stolen/crash&repaired and have been sold as good condition to some unsuspecting mug for top dollar or you have had a first hand bad experience dealing with him/her then as far as i can see their only real crime is writing a piss poor ebay ad.

again whats the problem?
