I know this is a public forum, but are they allowed to just take a quote without seeking permission of the person involved?

They're fucking nuts if they think linking to this place is a good idea.

Old man sees "recommended on bikechatforums", comes for a look, sees "last post wins" and has a stroke.

Marvelous! Shocked

It's been noticed before, though technically you've noticed it in the right section of the forum:

Personally I think its a good thing. I mean as bikers we are a minority and out of all the forums that are online and all the reviews I am sure their products get, good or bad, they chose our little communities thread to post a quote from.

Its rather flattering because they did not have to write anything.

It begs the question does the BCF have an Aldi buyer/ad person in it's midst, or is it just a result of the high google ranking?

Wonder why they didn't take any quotes off here when they were advertising their bike stuff.

Looks like they owe Marjery some money, or at least Korn to pay for coke and strippers server costs

Only just found this.

They did ask permission to use that quote on their website (and the printed leaflets) so it's not taking the pee-wee... relax!
