I don't think this is at all bad for a 12 yr old bike.

Interesting Laughing

Those dyno tests are pretty cool, don't really get the whole dyno thing though, can get dyno kits and stuff and then there's that annoying "looks like a job for dyno rod" advert

Y so dyno bro Question

If you're going to post, at least try to post stuff that doesn't make you look like an idiot.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

It made perfect sense. Ok let me reword it in a way pretencious keyboard warriors can understand:

"I hear a lot of talk about dyno this and that, could somebody explain to me what it is? Is there any correlation between dyno rod and dyno kits? - I see how the chart works, and that's pretty cool testing max BHP and stuff...But where does dyno come into it, are they a company or something?"

Point taken though got it.
Note to self:

Dyno kits are a generic or possibly brand named kit (I'm not certain on this point, never used or bought them) - basically an uprated set of jets for a bike's carbs, that can increase performance.

There is no correlation whatsoever between Dynorod the shit unblocking company and dyno kits.

A dyno run, like shown in the printout in the OP, is a test using a dynamometer, a vehicle is strapped to it and the drive wheel/s turn rollers with sensors attached that can measure the vehicle's power and torque outputs.

I explain these things because at some point everyone has to learn, and asking is the way to learn. Asking in tard speak does tend to wind most people up, however.

You mean Dynojet kits. As you say they give you a load of different needles and jets to use in your bikes carbs in order to adjust the fuelling.

Dynojet also make the Power Commander for fuel injected bikes.

Ahh yes, Dynojet, thanks for the correction.

I didn't know they made the Power Commanders, never looked into them as the XJ6 is my first FI bike and not exactly a beast waiting to be unlocked by a PC.

Oh dear. Alpha-9 did just try to correlate a Dynamometer and Dyno-Rod drain cleaning... Confirmed by his re-written post.
