Hi

Just got my refurbed 4 pots to replace my 6 pot Tokicos.

They came with a new set of EBC FA145 pads. Haven't got a HH suffix so google tells me they're GG pads.

Any reason not to fit them? Going on a ZX9R, which will be used for commuting touring and the odd trackday.

Never used EBC pads, to my knowledge always used HH rated pads.

Thanks

Would I be right in thinking that the Nissins off a a bandit 12 would be direct replacement for the tokico 6 pots on a J1 zx6r? Having had the pleasure of rebuilding the tokico's a couple of times I fancy a change. There's nothing wrong with the tokico's when they are working but they don't like winter or rain much and as such annoy me fairly regularly

90mm Centres, direct swap. (On a 9R C1, 6 has the same toks)

I got a refurbed set of Nissins, with stainless pistons and new pads, and I've also got some braided lines to fit.

Hopefully it will stop as well as it goes now.

Unless you just haven't updated your thread I wouldn't hope that. Cos to me it looks like it's going nowhere.

Back to pads.

If you've been using sintered then you'll miss the bit of initial bite compared to the organics.
