A 3 week consultation - it would be good if Camden did the same thing!

Excellent, the No To Bike Parking Tax lot will go ballistic - they just love that Lie Roudley character. Very Happy

Can't remember when you couldn't use bus lanes in Sheffield.

It's great tbh, saved myself a good 30 minutes on one short stretch today (Western Bank/Brook Hill down to the roundabout for anyone who knows the area).

Only bad thing is there's a traffic light gate on the bus lane... triggered by under-tarmac sensors... bad thing is bikes and taxis aren't heavy enough to trigger them so had to shuffle into the car lane... much to the car drivers annoyance (they probably think its illegal to use bus lanes, and if they know its not, they probably just think if you take advantage of them, you hold have to face the disadvantage too)

TL/DR - cars hate bikes that use bus lanes even more than usual

Red routes are under the mayor's jurisdiction and you're allowed in bus lanes on them. Some red routes are in Westminster, but Westminster has it's own bus lanes that aren't red routes too. Look out for signs, it's the only way...

As ratted out by ex-members, who were then accused of being "got at" by WCC. It went all handbags-at-dawn, but there were no fatalities or prosecutions, it fizzled out.

I've never seen the point of the Trafalgar Square protests - just pissing people off - but the spin off "No To Mob" who do schunting (scamera car hunting) look like a good laugh.

Would be good as it's always risky that you may end up driving where you shouldn't and risk getting a ticket.

Headlamp, what bike you drive? I'm in Camden as well.

I think this is not good at especially for newbie bikers. Their safety must always be considered.

It's quite safe in bus lanes, used to commute 25+ miles a day almost solely in bus lanes whilst on L plates two years ago...

Are bikers being forced into the bus lanes at gun point? Neutral
