What is the point in having a 600cc naked when a 125cc 4 stroke will do 70mph?

Whats the point of naked bikes when a fairing on a sports bike does so much for aerodynamics so you can go as fast without feeling like your being ripped out of your seat.

What's the point of a motorbike in any form when you live on an island you could walk get from one side of to the other, before you had worked out whether it was sunny enough to get the bike out; warmed it up & put your leathers on?

Probably be able to do more miles on a Jet-Ski!
