If the 4th cylinder is getting fuel but not firing then the fuel will be washing the oil off the bore of that cylinder, known as 'bore wash'. This will initially cause ring damage and eventually piston and bore damage. In extreme cases fuel will travel down between the piston and bore and collect in the crank case. Either park the bike up or get it sorted.
