Thanks.

A 2010 YBR's about £1800 in my local Yamaha resellers, so not worth the effort. Not surprised the other one's been withdrawn, both lots had the same photo.

+1 Informative.

They're hardly going to be broadcasting the fact, they'll want as many starry eyed bargain hunters as possible turning up without doing their sums, babbling "ZOMFG sunshine happy shiny bike must be mine quick quick offer £50 more than Shilly McPlant just bid!!!!11!!!"

Think I'll see what the weathers like. If it's nice I'll take the Triumph down on Saturday. If it's shit I'll go on the piss and go watch the football.

Win Win Thumbs Up

I know for a fact this isn't the case

Well, that's pretty much what I expected to hear, but it gives me no pleasure. I can't see that they paid anything to advertise it, so now they'll have to eat the costs of running it over and over again with the dwindling dregs of their stock. Sad

[quote="junglejim"]

That cost thm nothing cause it was some local plant selling the bikes. It was the most unprofessional selling scheme I have ever seen.

No bringing the bikes on, no starting them. Leaving them with the keys in so anyone can play with them - and thats AFTER they have been sold. Utter utter crap.

Where to start o yeh THEIVING Bastards !!!
I here they have reopened umm what about all the customers who were shafted out of deposits, and George Whites Reopens with a different name.

I wouldn’t buy a thing off them.
I placed down my 2005 zx10 down as a deposit on the new 1199 and it was agreed £4500 would be taken off the 1199 and the bill settled in April until a friend told me they had gone bust without even a call or anyone informing me from George Whites.
Not to mention the other customers who have lost a lot more than me

Dilliotts the administrators sent me a letter saying your deposits gone and they weren’t much help either. Brick Wall

Cheers, but hey what is it they say.. What goes around comes around. Fuckers

Sorry to hear you got shagged. Having been on the crappy end of a business folding, it's teeth grindingly frustrating watching the same clowns that ran it into the ground buy it back from the administrators, fvck off everyone they owed money to, and start running up a whole lot of new debt. Sad

Honestly, I wouldn't leave an odd pair of socks with a dealer at the moment, there's so many of them folding - I've just realised that BMW Motorrad in Glasgow shut at the end of last year. That's a surprise, BMW is actually doing relatively well.
