Left overnight by the front wheel of my bike in Portugal (or Spain, we were a bit lost). Don't know what it was, sheep, goat perhaps.

Sheep or lambs head, (Kefalaki) is a delicacy here.
At the wine festival in Limassol, the food stalls have hundreds of them spit roasting on the BBQ's, yummy!
