No, it makes sense. If you haven't passed theory, how can you be safe to ride to the test centre to sit mod - wait a minute, our entire test system is a farce!.
Eh, the computerised system is flawed. It requires a theory pass obtained within the last 2 years, but an Accelerated Access candidate might have passed it more than 2 years ago: the criteria for sitting Accelerated Access is just having an A<=25kW license. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Aye, I've done 2 so far... Before I have started practicing, I might add, just off the back of what I remember from my driving theory test
45 and 49 on the two practice tests on the DVLA website how about you? It's not so bad really, common sense ____________________ CBT done - 24/03/2012, theory test done - 03/04/2012.. Mod 1 done -26/06/2012, Mod 2 done - 29/06/2012. Current steed: Cage.

Well although the horn is mostly used for road-ragers and flashing your lights is mostly used to let someone go, in THEORY both are only for use to "let someone know you're there". So when approaching an unmarked junction, especially a crossroads, people may not see your lights so by sounding two beeps of your horn, you let everyone know you're approaching
