hey ppl.. im fairly new to riding got my self a shiny cbr 125 r

so me and my brother are riding when this tosser in front in a focus RS decides to slow right down to 20 mph or something so i indacates overtakes him so did my brother .. we get to the traffic lights next thing im on my arse .. the cheeky twat jumped out of his car ran at the side of me and pushed me off my bike

i jumped up turned round and sees this guy stood there his mrs and THREE kids were sat in the car..

anyway im 18stone so i pulled my helmet off BADMOVE approched this guy to see what his problem was and bang were brawling on the road both swinging he then cracked me over the head with something which made my forehead just bust open blood everywhere then he jumps in his car an flys off WTF

all because i overtook him

Instead of fighting with him and taking yourself down to his douchebag level, you should have sprinted, taken the keys out of his ignition and threw them over a fence/VERY far away and then rang the Police, that way he is stuck there and make sure you get a witness.

Now? He can charge you for assault if he wants I guess, you would have been better off doing the above, it's what I would have done anyway.

Why did you take your helmet off to an obviously aggressive person? I always reassure myself on that fact that if I'm ever involved in a fight at the road-side (rather bloody hope that I'm not), I've got gloves with carbon fibre knuckles, padded armour, rock solid boots and a helmet.

i cant claim any insurance for just minor damage.. as the police said it was a CIVIL matter

my brother was trying to calm it down and split us up

and yes it was an overtake not too close .. i just thought id share my bad experiance with you all

if the owner of said car is mad enough to smash your head in hes mad enough to go over 20mph.

you obviously acted like a dick behind him, you overtook in an idiotic way to annoy him.

then proceeded to provoke him more by going up to his car to have a word.

use your head, if hes mad enough to push you off your bike then hes going to kick your ass.

you where probably sat up his ass in the first place why else would he slow to 20mph

i slow right down when people sit up my ass.
