Petrol and a crash today!

First off was on a roundabout waiting to go across during rush hour, just about to go and then the car waiting behind me seems to lose control of his clutch and starts ramming me !!!!

Put the ped on the stand ask what the fuck he's doing, he apologises massively, I told him to follow me over there and pull over, he did, as I ride the 10 meters feels like somethings dragging, turns out to be the mudguard bent into my back wheel dragging. Quickly fix it by twisting it but has broke the reflector on it. I say I dont really want to go through insurance but will if he doesnt give me £30. Said this will work out better for our insurance premiums sake. We shake hands and we are both off on our merry ways. Is this okay lol???
