CG125 Fairing and Tank

Hello all,

Complete newb here, both to the forum and to riding! I sat my CBT last summer, but work got in the way of me getting any further, so I've decided that my target for this summer is to pass my test before the rules change.

Last week, I bought a (very) cheap CG125 that needs a couple of bits and pieces done to it. I had my uncle, (also a rider, but more importantly a time-served mechanic) look over it, and he has given it a clean bill of mechanical health, but what it does need is some electrical (which isn't an issue, being fairly handy with a soldering iron) and body work.

It's missing all of the plastic side panels and seat cowl, and the tank is a bit dented.

This bike is a CG125 BR-S/T (1996 model), what I'm wondering is will the plastics and tank from other models (the K, W and M1 models look very similar) fit it? If so, my plan would be to just collect mismatched panels as I go and spray them myself. I'm not too fussed about how it looks, as it's only going to be a learner bike, but it would be nice to have everything present and correct!
