Hi everyone,

As I mentioned in the other thread, I'd really like to get together a ride, found Sven's videos really inspiring and he's someone that I really assosciated with a lot. I didn't know him personally, but I know theres lots more people in my position who feel the same, so I'm going to try and arrange a date for us to go on a ride through some of the roads in his videos on a date where as many people can make it as possible.

My idea of route would be perhaps to meet up in Nottingham around where he lived and then take a route up through the Peak district and up to the road from the 'who stole the road' video on Mam Tor, not far from Chapel-en-le-frith and then head somewhere for a bbq maybe in the evening? We can explore any nice places, go anywhere.

All this is completely up for change and anything at all, I just want to get some people together really so feel free to make suggestions.

I'll put a poll on to try and establish a date put if people could say what month they would like and suggest a couple of weekends and then Ill add the suggested weekends to make a decision. I am free almost any weekend for a long time and I won't dictate! Want to work out when the maximum number of people will be able to make it.

For now, Im going to suggest over the weekend of the 31st of March/1st April just so we have a starting point.

I know it seems very vague, I just want the plans we make to suit everyone.
