Ok,

I recently blew the head gasket on my nsr and can't be arsed to fix it. I have now decided to sell it due to the amount of bikes i have.

It is a nsr125r 2001 model, around 12000miles on the clock, 12 months tax and mot but has scratches down the right side of it. It still runs but smokes a lot. Just wondering what sort of price i could get for it.

Any help appreciated.

I would guess at around ~£1200 for that bike.

I remember this bike also having a damaged barrel? so that is a new top end, plus the damage on the right hand side. I would probably give you £900- £1000 for it.

Yes, it has a damaged barrel, but it still runs.

Unfortunately that will need a new barrel, the slightest bit of damage to the cylinder wall will render it useless because it will lower compression so much. If you rebuilt the top end, it would be worth a fair bit more, bikes of this age usualy go for about £1400-£1500 on ebay in good condition. Anyway don't want to get into that, as it sais in my post above that is what I would offer you for the bike Thumbs Up
