i started up my rs earlier today and the clock keeps flashing with different mileage readings whilst ticking over rather than staying on 0,in no time at all it had added 6 miles to the mileage.what is going on and how do i solve the problem.

Put the bike in the freezer it will reset the clock!

Either way, take the clocks apart, removed the battery for a day or 2 and then ride on a 'new' bike.

i was not aware the clocks had a battery in them i just thought they worked off the main battery.
