Hi all

Has anyone owned a pair of these?

https://www.thebikerstore.co.uk/products/Dainese-St-Giro-Black.html

I've got some TCX boots I use for commuting, which are warm and keep me dry.

I'm after a pair of boots for summer use (probably commuting as well) which will suit my leathers better, but also be cooler than my TCX.

Been trying to look for perforated (sp) boots too if anyone can recommend any?

I'm not interested in army boots from eBay or anything, I'm after some good quality boots as they saved my ankle in a crash I had in December (my TCX)

might have to get me a pair, look pretty good
Oh don't buy Alpinestars! they look the part, but their longevity is positively awful if you use it every day!

Which TCX do you have? I love my inifinitys, if I were going to get a sportier pair it'd be one of their Waterproof sports boots - probably sporttour.

That being said, stop being such a tart and find something better to spend £150 on.

Used my SMX-5 Boots for 3 years everyday and every weekend I went from Portsmouth to Wolverhampton and back. Only reason I bought new boots was because they used to be white, 3 years later they werent'.

my point - A* Boots are probably the best looking/value/comfort/life span..

Hehe, to be fair mredhead I haven't seen them before, was just looking about. Not keen on Alpinestars anyway.

Herulach, I've got TCX SS Sport waterproof boots, great pair.

Being a tart? £150 is a fair price for a pair of boots, TCX infinity are £190 anyway Laughing

I've had Sidis before and the sole wore out quite quick when the boot was still good, whereas my old Berik boots, the soul outlasted the boot!

Nice pair of boots, another plus to add to your already long list of positives would be that you could use these in star trek reenactments. Live long and prosper. Cool
