honda cb500 turning over but not starting up?

just went outside to start my cb500 and shes turning over nice and quick but not firing up

looked to see if i hadnt done anything stupid like knock the kill switch or turn fuel tap to off but nothing

any suggestions as to what can be? I guess I'm going to have to check if theres a spark first

Faults = Workshop.

just realised section posted in!

my bad

I got her started but was a bit od the tap was on reserve I didnt notice first time checked over I swapped back to "on" and fired up

bit weird
