Afternoon all,

I have recently acquired a 1998 Yamaha Sr125 to use as a cheap second bike.

Could anybody tell me the correct procedure for setting the timing chain tension? It is a manual adjuster, with a grey big locknut and a small piston set inside the adjuster bolt.

The manual just tells me to take it to a dealer (no thanks), and a thorough search of the Internet hasnt helped.

Many thanks,

Mike
