https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/YAMAHA-YZF-R6-2003-2005-ABS-Fairing-bodywork-NY310-/260961150437?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item3cc27f25e5#ht_4062wt_990

Went down a curb that was a bit too tall in a rush, did a bit of damage to the underside of my bike

There's also a hefty scratch from the guy before me coming off it in to a bush apparently

Would be looking to fix this before I sell it, but what's the best way to go about that?

I know these aftermarket shits are known for being shit, but how shit? That guy has 99.1% positive feedback Question

I had an aftermarket fairing on my nc30, it looked the part and I could not find any mistake in the replica race decals or with the paint scheme, I did have to drill a few holes to get the fairings lined up right but overall I was impressed.

I had a quick look at the guys feedback and it does not appear to have any comments about fairings.....

Would it not be cheaper to just repair the damaged fairings?

Bear in mind that you'll get mugged for import duty on that as well.

How bad and visible is the damage? Sight unseen, I'd suggest a fibreglass-and-rattle-can bodge on the belly, and maybe get quotes for having the scratch professionally repaired.

Maybe, depends on seller.

Can anyone recommend a reputable source?

A mate bought some for his J1 ZX6R, can remember him having quite a bit of trouble putting them on but got them on in the end

Who did you buy yours from Paddy?

Erm... I have actually forgotten. Go on ebay and search GSXR750 K1 Fairing and choose the one with green and black fairings (think they have "newlove" watermarked on the images.

I personally wouldn't buy a bike with aftermarket fairings on unless I was looking for a track bike and the price was suitably low. I also imagine many others would be the same
