I did the end to end with eggs last year.

This year we're doing a 630 mile rideout to germany in a day from London.

A few weeks ago i did just short of 1400 miles in 34 hours from south coast to plymouth to aberdeen and back home via cumbrian coast

Furthest from home on a bike is The Algarve, portugal. did the main 1300 miles to Le Havre in 36 hrs.

I rode from the north of Essex to the south of Morocco. I cheated and took the ferry to Spain in order to avoid possible contamination from any dirty frenchies though.

Memphis TN to Salt Lake City Utah in two days.

took a northern route avoiding some summer storms..
Memphis TN -arkansas-St Louis Missouri -kansas city -iowa-Lincoln Nebraska, few hours kip then lincoln nebraska taking I-80 across to wyoming Via Cheyanne right on to Utah dropping down to SLC and a little further south..

About 1800 miles riding a VTX.

Was a party, for Saturday night I couldnt leave Memphis till Friday morning but I got to the party early Saturday evening Surprised

Took it easy riding back to 3 days took some pics.

Just around 3.5 thousand miles 5 days

Longest day over here was on an old Divi, west wales to folkestone to france up to ostende, a few calls inland back to the coast france folkestone and back to west wales all in around 18 hours
Something around 850 miles.

Township in Liverpool to Ikea in Warrington.

We needed small furnishings.

Going 2-up this summer though; my good lady and I are visiting our native lands, a 2 week Polish/German adventure.

I was about to say that I would love to come on that. However I then realised that it would be an insane number of motorway miles...and probably no twisties/towns/villiages/countryside...which is kind of the whole point of touring for me.

In answer to the OP, Lyon. On a 2000 mile euro trip last summer (in about 7-8 days). Had a couple of days with no riding in Paris. Hardly hardcore...but lots of great roads (especially the alps) and a good holiday Smile

John o groats. This is as far away as I can physically get from my house (south wales) without leaving the british mainland. I dont have a passport so I am not likely to go any further anytime soon. It was on a 10 day or so road trip of about 2100 miles. Would love to go continental but am held back for many reasons.

Peterborough to Northampton...it was so exciting! Mountains, winding roads and coastal routes!

Not really. Was a burger van along the way, even though it was shut..
