Didn't know what to expect, my first visit, trade stands to suck money out of my pockets, some good buys to be had, nice cheese burger at a fair price, fantastic to see & hear so many vintage, classic, modern bikes includeing the weird & wonderfull both in the paddock & on the course plus of course my runs up the hill, big big grin factor, 1m20s first run on a Suzuki GS500e with a pillion onboard 1m30s in the rain for the second run, my excuse is a water logged passenger added to the weight. Going next year, you bet Very Happy Thumbs Up

Loved watching the old & tiny ones whose time you'd measure with a grandfather clock, I think for a fast modern bike 1m to 1m 20s is sort of average.

Ive done Prescott in a car but not on a bike. 6 litre V8 LS2 Chevy engine fitted to a Nissan 200SX S14.

51 second run:

Ive also done it in my Skyline, again fitted with a small block Chevy but this time a full race, dry sump old school 350 on carb and mechanical fuel pump. 6.3 litres at the time, now 6.7 Very Happy

My best time (in competition) was in 2010 on my 1936 Ariel (with slight modifications) was 61 seconds.

The supermoto race guys are nuts. I watched them last year at Harewood Hill climb, fastest run of the day was a SM. They're so aggressive with the bikes, the fastest riders had them bucking and weaving out of corners as they jump on the throttle. They go up the hill in a potential state of falling off! Very Happy
