Either go for something like a taster session or a novice group only day. You can get one to one Instructor sessions on most trackdays...I think you can do this at circuits like Brands and Oulton Park for £25 for a 20 min session.

Try not to get involved racing people and just enjoy your day. You will learn more about your bike through out the day. Gradually improve speed rather than going out there hell bent on being Rossi and respect people slower or less confident than yourself. Don't just shove them out the way Smile most of all just enjoy yourself mate.
